Winston-Salem Ski & Outing Club

Membership

Membership in the Winston-Salem Ski & Outing Club covers the period of June 1st through May 31st each year. Dues are payable on June 1st and are delinquent after June 30th. Dues received after June 30th are payable at the New Member rate. All members agree to abide by the By-Laws of the club and to the Wavier of Liability contained in the By-Laws and in the Membership Application.

Print the WSSOC Application form and mail it with the applicable dues. Or, bring it to the next Club Meeting. Make checks payable to WSSOC and mail to WSSOC Membership, PO Box 24304, Winston-Salem, NC 27114-4304.

Guest Policy

Guests are welcome at all club meetings and certain activites. These activities include but are not limited to socials, day hikes and bike rides.

Activities involving overnight stays are limited to WSSOC members or members of authorized clubs of the Crescent Ski Council.

Fees

Single First Year - $25
One (1) person, eighteen (18) years of age or older. A single member in good standing shall be entitled to one (1) vote and may hold any elected office. Memberships not renewed by August 1 will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Household First Year - $40
One (1) or two (2) adults in the same household, and any of their dependent children under eighteen (18) years of age, or full time dependent students under twenty-one. Each adult in good standing shall be entitled to one (1) vote, up to a total of two (2) votes per household membership, and each may hold any elected office. The dependent children or student members shall not be entitled to vote or hold office. Memberships not renewed by August 1 will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Youth First Year - $20
One (1) person, twelve (12) years of age through one day less than eighteen (18) years of age at the time of application or renewal. A youth member shall not be entitled to vote or hold elected office. Memberships not renewed by August 1 will be assessed a $10 late fee.
