are RACING START TIMES. Racers
should plan for personal and team mobilization time prior to the start of the respective race, typically 1 to 1-1/2 hr.

Crescent Race Workshop/Development Race Training. $60 pp includes slope ticket, racing instruction
and timed run(s) for qualifying. Sign in, pay, and get your racing bib, before 9 AM at the French-Swiss
“Circular Desk” in the lower level of the main lodge at Appalachian Ski Mountain. Please call
French-Swiss Ski College 828-295-9312 or send email to <skifrenchswiss@bellsouth.net> to register in advance.
In subject line of the email put “Crescent Race Workshop Registration”. Contact ken@wssoc.org for additional information. (2) Friday
night Practice events at Appalachian are from 7:30 PM-9:30 PM. Sign up at the French-Swiss Desk, “Circular
Desk” in the lower level of Appalachian Ski Mountain Lodge. Racing Practice fee: $10; Discounted
night slope ticket: $22 (or, regular night ticket available for more hours—check Appalachian’s web site for details).

Regular Crescent Races at Appalachian: Register in the Snow Cloud Room, third level of Appalachian
Ski Mountain Lodge. Lift tickets: Adult: $46; Jr/Sr: $38.
