You must be a member of WSSOC, or member of an Authorized Club of the Crescent Ski Council, to sign up for a WSSOC trip.

Jackson Hole, Wy - 2012

Status
as of December 19, 2011 of W-SSOC Jackson Hole’12 Ski Vacation, February 4-11, 2012 We have 36 participants and no waiting list. If you want to
get on the Waiting List, contact Ken ken@wssoc.org. Full refund if you don't get on the trip; No penalty for cancellation
from the Waiting List before we place you on the trip.
AIR. At this point, you will need to arrange your own air (i.e., sign up as Land Only). LAND ONLY. The otherwise included ground cost of ground
transfers is non-refundable. No matter: the JAC airport is only 20 minutes from town. If you can get to JAC, we
can provide your ground transfer. PACKAGE
PRICES. $672 for Land Only package. LAND
ONLY package in a Hotel Room is the only lodging that we can still get. Land Only packages include ground transfers,
double occupancy lodging in Hotel Room at the 49er, daily breakfast (continental breakfast with eggs for Basic Packages #1,
2 and 3), 5-of-6 day lift ticket at Jackson Hole, parties and W-SSOC administration + late sign-up fee. Option A. Substitute
one day of skiing at Jackson Hole for one day skiing trip via bus to Grand Targhee, WY. ADD $39
to Basic Package. With this option, your lift tickets become “4-of-6 at JH + 1 day (scheduled
for Tuesday with Thursday as back-up) at GT, including bus. Option
B. 6th day of skiing (Jackson Hole) ADD $48 pp. Option C. Single occup. available
for extra $242. Option D.

Application Policy
|
The eligible applicant (♦applicant♦) is a Member in good standing of W-SSOC (or, after a date designated
from year-to year and tied to a particular trip, a member in good standing of an Authorized Club of the Crescent Ski Council),
including dues paid and trip payments current. Applicant only becomes a participant after on the trip W-SSOC makes final determination
of available space (e.g., consideration of air seat, bedding, roommate and condo-mates). W-SSOC shall hold on the Waiting
List an applicant who is otherwise eligible but for whom W-SSOC does not yet have a suitable space. Applicant must
include initial down payment via cash or check with the completed and signed W-SSOC Trip Application.
The participant,
or applicant on the Waiting List, shall make all subsequent payments on or before the dates stated in the Payment Schedule
(see below). Failure to make timely payments risks losing space to an applicant on the Waiting List.
