CSC 2008-2009 Ski Trips |

Crescent Ski Council is offering 3 vactions for the
2008-2009 Ski Season:
25th Anniversary Steamboat Race & Ski Camp. December
6-13, 2008 Sign-up deadline is November 17, 2008
CSC Ski Week, Big Sky Montana, January 17-24, 2009
CSC March Ski Week Keystone. Colorad March 14-21, 2009

WSSOC 2009 Ski Trip |
This year WSSOC is heading to Steamboat Strings, Colorado, February
7-14, 2009.
The package will include 7 nights lodging, air
(RT to/from Denver), transfers and a 5 day lift ticket. A sixth
day of skiing can be added. There are 30 palces reserved and we
will start taking sign-ups at the WSSOC June Club meeting. If you

Application Policy |
|
The eligible applicant (“applicant”) is a Member in good
standing of W-SSOC (or, after Sept. 1, 2007, a member in good standing
of an Authorized Club of the Crescent Ski Council), including dues paid
and trip payments current. Applicant only becomes a participant
after on the trip W-SSOC makes final determination of available
space (e.g., consideration of air seat, bedding, roommate and
condo-mates). W-SSOC shall hold on the Waiting List an applicant who is
otherwise eligible but for whom W-SSOC does not yet have a suitable
space. Applicant must include initial down payment via cash or check
with the completed and signed W-SSOC Trip Application. An Application is
available for download at the bottom of this page.
The participant, or applicant on the Waiting List, shall make all
subsequent payments on or before the dates stated in the Payment
Schedule (see below). Failure to make timely payments risks losing
space to an applicant on the Waiting List. W-SSOC will begin accepting
payments and Trip Applications at the W-SSOC club membership meeting on
July 19, 2007. Send payments and Trip Applications to W-SSOC Snowmass

Cancellation and Refund Policy-
Snowmass '08 Trip Only |
|
This policy applies to the W-SSOC Snowmass ’08 trip,
only, and supersedes the respective portions of the otherwise applicable
W-SSOC Terms & Conditions as printed on the reverse of the current W-SSOC
Trip Application.
· No fee for cancellation received before, or on, September 20,
2007;
· $50 fee for cancellation after September 20 through November 15,
2007;
· $50 fee + unrecoverable moneys (not to exceed trip cost) for
cancellation after November 15, 2007. Unrecoverable moneys increase
as commitments are made for you.
If your space is filled after November 15, 2007, fee is $50 + air
ticket rewrite fee (if applicable) + any direct expenses associated with
filling your space (if applicable, e.g., phone, FedEx). |
