Application Policy |
|
The eligible applicant (�applicant�) is a Member in good
standing of W-SSOC (or, after Sept. 1, 2010, a member in good standing
of an Authorized Club of the Crescent Ski Council), including dues paid
and trip payments current. Applicant only becomes a participant after
on the trip W-SSOC makes final determination of available space (e.g.,
consideration of air seat, bedding, roommate and condo-mates). W-SSOC
shall hold on the Waiting List an applicant who is otherwise eligible
but for whom W-SSOC does not yet have a suitable space. Applicant must include initial down payment via cash or check with the completed and signed W-SSOC Trip Application. An Application is available for download at the bottom of this page. The participant, or applicant on the Waiting List, shall make all subsequent payments on or before the dates stated in the Payment Schedule (see below). Failure to make timely payments risks losing space to an applicant on the Waiting List. W-SSOC will begin accepting payments and Trip Applications at the W-SSOC club membership meeting on July, 2010. Cancellation and Refund Policy- Steamboat '09 Trip Only |

This policy applies to the W-SSOC Steamboat '09 trip,
only, and supersedes the respective portions of the otherwise applicable
W-SSOC Terms & Conditions as printed on the reverse of the current
W-SSOC Trip Application. � No fee for cancellation received before, or on, August 21,
2008; If your space is filled after October 16, 2008, fee is $50 + air ticket rewrite fee (if applicable) + any direct expenses associated with filling your space (if applicable, e.g., phone, FedEx). |
