| It is the policy of
the Winston-Salem Ski & Outing Club to encourage members to do business
with merchants who support Club activities through a variety of
promotional means. This includes advertising in The Skier and Membership
Directory, donation of goods and/or services for use at Club functions
and participation in special Club events. In exchange for the above, the
Club will offer "promotional visibility" to merchants who have
